1.   Registration is only eligible for undergraduate students (those between 18-

      25 years old).
2.   Registration is opened on an individual or group basis.
3.   Applicants must ensure all information submitted is complete and accurate
4.   No withdrawal is allowed after receiving the Successful Applicant Email,

      unless valid reasons are provided.
5.   Attendance is obligatory during UMES 2022 pre-event and event days.
6.   A confirmation email upon successful registration will be sent to

      participants within 7-14 working days.
7.   All applicants will undergo a screening process through the submitted CV.
8.   Applicants will be notified through email once they are successfully being

      selected as a participant. 
9.   UMES 2022's organizing committee reserves the right to restrict, approve

      or reject any participants' application without any prior notice and reasons.
10. You acknowledge and agree that UMES, in its sole discretion, reserves the

      right to change any aspects of it, including but not limited to the event's

      name, theme, content, programme, speakers, performers, hosts, 

      moderators, venue, and time.
